Symlex VPN is a product of Kolpolok Limited which is a professionally managed Private limited Company Registered in Bangladesh. Under ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION of Kolpolok Limited, unless otherwise determined by the company in general meeting the number of directors shall not be less than Two (02) and not more than Twenty (20). The following persons shall be the first directors of the company unless anyone of them voluntarily resigns the said office or otherwise removed therefrom under the provisions of section 108(1) of the companies Act, 1994.
