At Symlex VPN, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains who is eligible for a refund, how to request one, how long refunds take, and platform-specific cancellation instructions for Android and iOS subscriptions.
All packages include a standard 7-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your account within 7 days of your initial purchase and receive an 85% refund (15% is deducted as the Payment Gateway’s service charge) under our Money Back Guarantee. However, Lifetime and 10-Year subscription plans are non-refundable.

Users may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date for eligible subscription plans purchased directly from Symlex VPN.
To qualify for a refund:
✓ The request must be submitted within the refund window
✓ The purchase must be made at the regular price
✓ The account must not violate our Terms of Service
✓ The refund request must come from the original purchaser
Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases and do not apply to subscription renewals unless required by applicable law.
Refunds are not applicable for:
✓ Promotional or discounted purchases
✓ Coupon-code-based purchases
✓ Auto-renewal charges
✓ 10 years and lifetime subscription plans
✓ Purchases made outside the official Symlex VPN website
✓ Purchases made through third-party resellers
✓ Plan upgrades or billing-term changes
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store are billed and managed directly by Apple.
Symlex VPN cannot:
❌ Issue refunds for Apple purchases
❌ Cancel Apple subscriptions
❌ Modify Apple billing cycles
All refund requests for iOS purchases must be submitted directly to Apple Support.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–30 business days depending on:

🔹 Google Play or Apple processing systems
🔹 Some banks may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
All recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Users are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions before renewal if they do not wish to continue the service.
Symlex VPN recommends canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid unintended charges.
