Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 30 days, depending on your package, and will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that pausing and re-purchasing your subscription does not reset or extend the refund period. Refunds are processed in USD, so the amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Any change to the original purchase, such as upgrading to an extended billing term or purchasing of additional licenses under the same account, shall constitute a waiver of the Money Back Guarantee option. Users whose subscriptions are billed as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (iTunes) should request refunds through the App Store, which are issued and processed solely at the discretion of Apple Support and not controlled by Symlex VPN.
